Spare Parts Manager:
Responsible for developing and implementing a spare parts program for a new paint line at General Motors Spring Hill based on cost, expected life cycles, and lead time of components. Duties include:
•Building a parts database using information provided by original equipment manufacturers, general contractors, vendors, on-site engineers, site integrators, and paint maintenance team. 
•Developing a spare parts library that consist of drawings, bill of materials, manuals, and OEM recommended spare parts.
•Provide training to maintenance leaders and team members on correct use of database and CMMS system to locate parts as needed.
•Submitting purchasing documentation to the finance team for procurement of approximately $4.6M of needed parts. This documentation will include a list of the parts needed, as well as the justification for the purchase.
•Providing support to maintenance and engineering as needed.

September 2014 to Feb 2022: ResourceTek – Contracted Employee to Bridgestone Americas 
Maintenance Planner:
Tasked with the effective execution of outage and maintenance work processes which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity for extrusion and calendaring lines. Duties include preventative/predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for (7) production lines as well as the following:
•Supervise and coordinate the activities of 7 in-house technicians, 23 contracted millwrights, and various outside contractors performing planned maintenance activities in a manufacturing plant environment.
•Identify trouble spots and plan repairs.
•Generate, assign, and track work orders for technicians and contractors through SAP.
•Obtain and organize all information required for the crafts to perform the work: drawings, vendor manual, supplemental instructional materials, special procedures, and other file material as needed.
•Identify and secure all parts and material required to complete the work.
•Update, verify, and maintain LOTO procedures and files in electronic database.
•Update, verify, and maintain PM standards and procedures.

November 2013 to September 2014: Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Shelbyville, TN
Technician:
Responsible for all aspects regarding maintenance, upkeep, and repairs on 250 pieces of powered equipment, all plant equipment, and 850,000 square foot cold storage warehouse. Active member of Hazmat, Safety teams and Fire Brigade.

Responsible for all MRO operations of a tier 1 automotive steel wheel manufacturing facility. 
•Developed stores department and tool room including purchasing and inventory control which resulted in a $25,000 per month savings over previous contracted IMSL supplier.
